There are Several Ways You Can
Give to DAT
DAT’s Annual Campaign provides critical funding for our operating budget and is supported by the following giving opportunities:
Support Denver Academy of Torah:
Your gift to DAT both big and small, is important to us and our community. Your generosity directly impacts our students, families and community and allows us to:
ENSURE that our students are in an environment that is intellectually stimulating and challenging
ENCOURAGE love of and enthusiasm for Talmud Torah within each individual student
INSPIRE creativity in academics
CREATE socially and communally responsible young men and women
GUARANTEE that our faculty are the finest educators in their respective fields
MAINTAIN our commitment to academic excellence through formal and informal education
Colorado Gives Day – Colorado Gives Day will be Tuesday, December 2, 2018. Colorado Gives Day includes a $1 Million Incentive Fund: every nonprofit receiving a donation on Colorado Gives Day receives a portion of the Incentive Fund.
Thank you for your support, we had a great 2017 Colorado Gives Day! More information will be available in the fall for Colorado Gives Day 2018.
Scholar’s Circle – Scholar’s Circle events are for donors who generously give a minimum gift of $5,000 to the DAT Annual Campaign, or for donors who have participated in Live On at DAT. Scholar’s Circle members are invited to special events and automatically receive two tickets to the Annual Dinner and a Platinum page ad in the dinner journal.
Grandparent Giving Circle – DAT’s Grandparent Giving Circle helps connect DAT grandparents with the school's activities. The Grandparent Giving Circle is open to all grandparents at any giving level. Every gift counts toward helping the school reach its annual budgetary needs.
Yearly Events: Maybe it’s a dinner, a BBQ, a wine tasting, an auction…. DAT strives to keep our community involved and excited all while raising money for a great cause: Our Modern Orthodox, Torah Observant school in the heart of Denver.
Tributes - Tribute and memorial giving is a wonderful way to honor your friends and family and to remember your loved ones. An acknowledgement of your donation will be sent to the honoree or the family of the person you are memorializing. Click here to make a tribute or contact Emily Dauber at 720-859-6806 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yom Limmud - Each day at DAT offers a novel experience, a great idea, a fresh approach and an engaged student body eager to learn. Yom Limmud is an exceptional opportunity for you to dedicate a school day in honor of your child, to remember a loved one or to celebrate an important day. Click here to dedicate a school day.
We will recognize your sponsorship and your special occasion or relationship in our DATline newsletter, during morning announcements, and on a large sign at the entrance to the school for the entire week of your Yom Limmud. Days will not be exclusive, so you can choose any day you wish, even if someone else chooses the same day. Here are some Yom Limmud examples:
